Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 7,338, Scottsburg is a small town. Homes are going for about $123,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
