Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 47-year-old social worker and You can expect to pay around $991 for rent here. Median household income is $49,531, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.
