Things Sea Girt needs to improve

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. With a population of 1,978, Sea Girt is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Sea Girt? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The weather is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
