First post here. I'm a college student here and With a population of 18,495, Seabrook is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Seabrook sits at 642.7 per 100K. Rent is about $1,817/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
