Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $377,900, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $377,900 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The outdoor recreation is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
