Seabrook quality of life -am I missing something?
Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Seabrook sits at 642.7 per 100K. With a population of 18,495, Seabrook is a small town. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Easy commute
- Good healthcare facilities
- Active local events
Cons:
- Cold winters
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Boring for young people
