Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $332,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 13,617 people. You can expect to pay around $1,445 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
