Healthcare options in Seagoville?

Hey folks, Just moved here 6 months ago and The median home value here is around $221,300, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $68,020 in Seagoville. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Denver about 2 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are wild, gas is decent.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is average in most areas.
