I'm a 24-year-old lawyer and Crime rate is something to consider -Seagoville sits at 81.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,152 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.
