Hello, Been living here since 2014. The median home value here is around $492,200, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 24,868 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
