Should I move to SeaTac or stay in Charlotte?

So, You can expect to pay around $1,637 for rent here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -SeaTac sits at 440.2 per 100K. Household incomes average around $76,517 in SeaTac. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
