Thinking about relocating to SeaTac from Las Vegas

So, Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,143 people. Homes are going for about $483,200 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to San Francisco it's hit or miss.
