Best neighborhoods in Seattle under /mo?

Alright, need some real talk here.

I grew up here, left for college, and came back 5 years ago. The food scene in Beacon Hill is honestly incredible.

I saw that rent in Beacon Hill is now /mo which is still reasonable. Unemployment at 3.1% is {unemp_feel}.

The food scene in Beacon Hill is honestly incredible. Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable.

Appreciate the help.

Great question. Here's my honest take after 6 years:

The good:
- Friendly locals
- Nice downtown area
- Easy to meet people

The not-so-good:
- Tourist crowds
- Wind never stops

The parks system here is underrated.. I'd say for young professionals, Seattle is decent. DM me if you want more details.
