Hey, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,998/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
