Relocating to Seattle, WA — pros and cons?

Hello, I've been here for 12 years and Homes are going for about $912,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
