Seattle internet speeds - what ISP?

Can we talk about

College student at the local college, graduating soon. I've never felt unsafe walking around Ballard at night.

I saw that rent in Ballard is now /mo which is expected. The weather averaging 53F year-round is {weather_feel}.

What I like:
- Affordable compared to coastal cities
- Nice downtown area
- Good schools in certain areas
- Safe neighborhoods
- Pet-friendly city

What I don't:
- Nightlife is lacking
- Water quality concerns

The government scene here is really picking up. Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable.

What am I missing here?

Let me give you the perspective nobody asked for but everyone needs.

I've lived in Madison Park, Fremont, and currently in Ballard. Each one feels like a different city honestly.

Rent comparison:
- Madison Park: /mo for a 3-bed
- Fremont: about /mo
- Ballard: /mo but decent

Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable.. The key is finding your neighborhood. Once you do, Seattle really clicks. Feel free to ask specifics.

Depends on the neighborhood.
