Seattle is underrated, change my mind

Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a major city city with about 741K people. The median home value here is around $912,100, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 6 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into running, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
