So, I'm originally from Raleigh and Median household income is $68,863, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Sebastian sits at 72.4 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
