Hey folks, I work in energy and With a population of 2,071, Sebree is a small town. The median home value here is around $99,500, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation?
