Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are The median home value here is around $175,000, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 11,185 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
