Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $83,916 in Security-Widefield. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
