Moving to Security-Widefield -what should I know?

Hey, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? Thanks in advance! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is solid in most areas.
