Hey folks, I'm originally from St. Louis and Rent is about $854/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $136,500 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
