So, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $67,374 in Sedona. Homes are going for about $708,400 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Sedona? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
