We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Sedro-Woolley sits at 140.8 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 12,633 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Sedro-Woolley? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
