OK so Rent is about $1,473/month for a decent place. With a population of 8,498, Seffner is a small town. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Seffner? Appreciate any input.
