Pros and cons of Seffner after 2 years

Hey, Median household income is $88,167, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 8,498, Seffner is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think?

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I've lived in Downtown for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The pet-friendliness scene is improving

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
