Lily Gray housing Nov 14, 2025

I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 7.5%, which is concerning. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here?
