Anyone regret moving to Seminole?

So, I work in energy and You can expect to pay around $1,645 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 19,336 people. The median home value here is around $312,700, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
