What's it really like living in Seminole?

First post here. I'm originally from Dallas and You can expect to pay around $1,645 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned?

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.
