Is Semmes a good place to live?

Hey, I'm originally from Boston and Household incomes average around $66,458 in Semmes. Rent is about $898/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Any help is appreciated.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
