Most overrated things about Senoia

I work in finance and With a population of 5,353, Senoia is a small town. Homes are going for about $382,700 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Senoia? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.
