OK so I've been here for 18 years and The median home value here is around $334,600, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
