Is Seven Corners a good place to live?

So, I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 9,171 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cheers.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
