So, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $95,313 in Seven Hills. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 11,628 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
