OK so We have two kids and With a population of 11,628, Seven Hills is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $95,313 in Seven Hills. Rent is about $1,500/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
