Life in Seven Hills as a young professional

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 13 years and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $95,313, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,500/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Nice parks and trails
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- High property taxes
- Chain restaurants dominate

Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
