First post here. My partner and I are Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $127,257 in Severance. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
