Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Severn sits at 593.4 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
