Nevaeh Harris housing

Affordable areas near Sevierville?

So, Been living here since 2017. You can expect to pay around $1,000 for rent here. Homes are going for about $264,000 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is improving and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 2 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
