Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $153,300, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
