Relocating to Seymour, IN -pros and cons?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $153,300 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much developing but now it's hit or miss.
