Seymour is underrated, change my mind

So, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 15,914 people. The median home value here is around $262,800, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $85,240 in Seymour. With a population of 15,914, Seymour is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Nice parks and trails
- Close to nature
- Easy commute

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Sprawl everywhere
- High property taxes
- Lack of diversity
Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Nashville it's underrated.
