Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 5,821 people. With a population of 5,821, Shady Hollow is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up.

- Lack of diversity
- Poor road conditions
