Shannondale, WV Community

Just moved to Shannondale, any tips?

First post here. The median home value here is around $255,000, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
