Shanor-Northvue is underrated, change my mind

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2015. Rent is about $1,272/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $243,600 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.
