I work in hospitality and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Sharon?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a electrician who relocated here from Dallas about 3 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and retirement.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited shopping options
Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are wild, gas is challenging.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
