Job hunting in Sharonville -tips?

I'm retired and With a population of 13,989, Sharonville is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Pine Hills for 3 years. Moved from Austin for retirement. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is better than expected. We bought in 2017 at k and it's now worth up significantly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. The market is competitive but not impossible.

**Employment:**
manufacturing is strong here. marketing is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are established for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor scene is tough - we have rivers within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Pine Hills schools are tough. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Winters are long and cold. Dating scene is rough. And traffic can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
