Sharonville is underrated, change my mind

Alright, I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,129/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in government. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Midtown. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in engineering. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

No regrets on my end..

I work in marketing here and it exceeded my expectations. The job market for my field is average. Good luck with whatever you decide..
