Hey folks, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $273,000 on average. Median household income is $61,319, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $273,000, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up.
